Status Certificate Request

The Status Certificate is a vital document for anyone purchasing or refinancing a condominium unit. In accordance with the Condominium Act, we offer two request options:

Request Options

  • Standard Request: $150 – Processed within 10 business days
  • Rush Request: $280 – Processed within 3 business days
    Note: Requests received after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Payment Options

Payments can be made via:

  • Certified Cheque or Money Order (payable to Tres Grand Management Services)
  • E-transfer to: payments@tresgrand.ca
    Please include your Full Name, Corporation Number, and Unit Number in the message.

Note: Cash payments are not accepted.

Digital Delivery

All Status Certificates are delivered electronically. Please provide a valid email address when submitting your request. Only digital copies will be issued.
